I don't think anyone here will be able to give you the CEOs email address. Asus is a Taiwanese company, while they have a service center here, they don't really have a corporate side here. You can however make some international calls to try and get a hold of someone at that level if your complaint is serious enough and strangely enough I can get you that number.

011-886-2-2894-3447 Monday through Friday 10am-9pm local time (GMT+8)

You mentioned that Asus was giving you the royal run around, I have a bit of experience with it, but was able to reach someone that was able to help me. If I knew a little better about what was happening I could perhaps give you some advice. Your vendor is also a great resource!

    EDIT Full correct number now.

I would also like to add that unless you can speak Chinese, it will be VERY difficult for you to call Asus Taiwan.

The CEO is fluent in English you can see him on youtube... emailing him may get the message to him communicably it's just probably a snowball's chance in hell that he'll care about it.

Edit -- also that's why I pasted in the investor relations contact info, they almost always speak english and are always publicly exposed

Jerry's English is not very fluent. He can get by with casual chit chat, but his vocabulary isn't very extensive.

ROFL!!! Well I think for the purposes of this discussion I think he can understand 'I AM GOING TO SUE YOU' or whatever important stuff is of the matter.

Well, if the OP is going to write a long and comprehensive explanation of technical issues and/or customer service complaints, then Jerry will probably not be able to understand. If it's just a 6 words "i am going to sue you", then sure, he'll understand that, but do you honestly think he'll respond to that?

In the OP's case, it would be best to just contact someone Asus headquarters in his respective country.

LOL, I think the CEO thing will be like hitting a hard brick wall. It took me almost an entire week of constant calls before I was able to get through to someone that could help me (with something besides technical) and that was after a couple of months of being given the run a round. It's gonna take time to go through channels, but your gonna have to force yourself into those channels. Just remember, each time you call them and someone answers the phone it costs them some where along the lines of $20, just keep that in mind (not over their heads, doesn't work) and it should give you some strength to keep going.

    Thanks for the answers.

I have sorted out problems with UK companies by contacting their ceo, but the email contacts are readily available.

Looks like I'll be unlucky in this case. The replies I get from their customer service dept are not helpful. Basically send my pc in and they'll charge me what they like, despite the worthless vip guarantee.

The part I need replacing would cost very little and if they would tell me where to buy it I would get it done myself. They are no help at all.

Well there is next to no way you would be able to contact him. But if you somehow pulled it off, I doubt he would care about your problem. That's like me getting a hold of Bill Gates to infom him that Vista sucks and that he should listen to my $.02

Could you please post exactly what is your problem? Since you seem to say the replacement part is cheap. (Perhaps stating your problem would have been the most efficient way to start the thread, as well).

Parts can be bought from the ASUS eStore (you would need a friend in the US), asusparts.eu, or for instance the Netherlands service point. The last would perhaps be most feasible for the UK.

Exactly my thoughts! What is exactly the problem that you are having vix2000? PErhaps if you share your story, some of us here are Asus experts or technicians, so they can help you either fix your problem or get in touch with someone that does. Asking for the ASUS CEO isn't going to directly solve your problem.

Asus have been giving me the royal run around, and are unwilling to actually fix my computer properly. I posted the details of my problem here http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=4862038#post4862038 post 551. Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

I talked to a number of people at Asus today and have been told that they will send me a replacement computer. The replacement model is the G50Vt-X1, supposedly, new from Asus' own stock which was to be sent to Best Buy. Still I'll be buying an additional year of warranty just to be safe.

You need to contact the Corporate Secretary for the area exec.

You contacting the CEO is laughable.
