    I have a problem where headphones won't work with my audio jack. I can't seem to understand. The laptop has realtek HD Audio. I've read elsewhere that my problem is not unique to my laptop but I have yet to find a solution. If anyone else has this problem, I feel for you. If you have a solution I love strictly in a professional way :p .

    ChessPlayer - are you running XP or Vista, and is this the original build with the system or have you reloaded it? If you are running XP on a reload, did you run the M$ Universal Audio Architecture patch (KB888111)? Good luck...

    Oh and I am using XP..........while I'm on it, when I run my laptop when I play any of the steam games, when I try to change screen settings it will give me a Blue Screen of Death. Also I get kicked out of HL2 from time to time.
