    Hello everyone,

My friend bought a Asus F3SG AS-046C today and I tried to help her do a clean install. I changed the booting order from bios But later found the recovery disk was slightly bent and I couldn't boot from it(makes loud scratching noise when it's spinning)

I tried other dvds and they were fine.

Can Asus send me replacement disk or do I need to download it somewhere?

    Cheers.

You can always reinstall OS from the HDD recovery partition as long as you didn't wipe it out, depending on how far you got with your clean install and the options you selected along the way.

You can't DL it anywhere, and if the above doesn't work then call Asus and ask them what options they might have for replacement.
