Hey, i have asus f3sr with ati mobility radeon hd2400 128mb ddr2. But i have one problem, as i think video bios is corrupted, because all powerplay states are the same (see atachment). I've tried: updating bios from asus.com (with older ones same problem); dump video bios (none of following apps didn't work:atiflash, winflash, rbe/winflash, gpu-z, ati tool, ati tray tools); find bios on the net (no result). So maybe you had the same problem or you have suggestions adn you know how to solve this problem. Thank you!

What software are you using to get the clocks? These utilities are often designed for desktops and are not always compatible with mobile components.

Can you confirm that the clocks are the same using a different way, e.g., by testing in 3DMark and recording the scores on different performance levels?

It may also be a driver bug, in which case a different driver may be in order.

But I am aware I did not address what you could do in case the problem is really there; I don't know that.

Hi again, now I tried everything one more time, but only my os is XP.
First of all I once more tried RBE/Winflash, so I ran RBE, pressed acquire bios, pointed where winflash is and pressed analyze, my card came in the list but analysis were in progress I waited for 5mins, and had the same, so I canceled it:

I pressed acquire bios once more it popped out and there was my card in list but I couldn't press save bios, so I pressed analyze and got this:
