    Hello everybody,

First of all, sorry if this is the wrong section for this, I hope not.

I'm writing this new thread because i'm having some troubles on bring my F8Sa back to work.

A few months ago the laptop has stopped working, I've opened it and there was a burned mosfet on the board. Then, the laptop has been sent to a repair store - they said that the repair was impossible, only a new motherboard can solve this.

Last week I've received an Asus A8sc motherboard, I've plug it and all seems to work (I can hear the sound when the Asus logo appear, and the Windows logon sound too) but no image, at all.
I think this happen because the A8sc has an 8400M graphics and the F8Sa an ATi HD2600.

What I would like to know is:

1 - Is that any way that I can flash the BIOS and put the F8Sa one in the mainboard?

2 - How can I flash it? With no image from the laptop it seems dificult to make it using WinFlash Utility from Asus...

3 - Do you guys think that it will work fine or I'm wasting my time?

    Thank you

    Regards

    Sorry for my bad English..
