Hello,
At first, sry for my bad englisch - I'm german.
Problem:
When I play a Video (avi File or others) and copying at the same time a File(at sample from d:\ -> c:\) the Video scutter. I have attemped to fix the problem several times with a reinstall of Windows but a reinstallation do not fix the problem. The Video-scuttering perform also sporadic when I do not copy a File. At Asus-Repair they changed the Mainboard (Replaced Parts: G1S Main BD._OM/AS??) but this also not fix the problem.
Can someone help me?

Might just be a hard disk bottle neck. Hard disk cant supply new data fast enough while some bandwidth is taken up by copying.
You could try a different player like VLC. What codecs are you using and how high is the resolution of the video? -
Hi,
I have try VLC and Windows Media Player. I use the actually DivXCodec. The Problem perform also when I play Musicfiles. When I play the new Tob Raider Anniversary and copy a File at the same time the music of the game is scuttering. I have try to change the HDD but this is not the Problem. -
That just seems like a hardware limitation to me. Can't you just do them one at a time? Like, say, copy the file, and THEN watch a video or play a game?

The Mainboard was changed, the HDD was changed, the Memory was tested. In Your oppinion, what kind of Hardware are defect? -
I'd guess that you're having a video driver issue. I'd try the following:
1. Uninstall Nvidia driver
2. Install latest chipset drivers from intels website
3. reboot
4. Vista detects SVGA controller
5. Install Nvidia
6. reboot
Now test!
If not good: Google "Vista codec packs" - download one and install..
Good luck!
