    Hi,

I have set a password to my laptop's BIOS few month ago and I'd like to access it now but I forgot it :(

I have a rough idea of what it should be but i'll need to make many attenpts.
Is there a maximum limit of attempts ?

I'm affraid that after 3 ou 5 attempts, it will lock the computer ( ? )

    Thanks.
    Sebastien.

If you absolutely can't remember it there are some tools on UBCD that will attempt to clear or bruteforce the password.
