    I feel like an uber noob asking this question but...

    how do you exactly get the webcam to work? What software do I need to make it work??

    Either any IM program (AIM, MSN Messenger...) or LifeFrame that comes with your computer.

    Just open up Lifeframe...and it'll give you a ton of options to take pictures, video, etc..plus with those video "effects" like sepia, black and white, etc.

    In addition, it should work with any program like AIM that uses Video Chat.
