I'm trying to connect my Asus G1S to an older crt tv via s-video to composite cables. I've tried two different cable sets, and different inputs on the tv. it won't detect the TV at all.

It works with the HDMI though, on newer TV's.

Does anyone know what might be the culprit? I'm using the drivers found on the Asus G1S Wiki site, which were confirmed to be good.

On mine I have to open Nvidia control panel first, then close it. That works for me using svideo.

tried that man, and no such luck.

Does anyone know what could be causing this at all?
