My wireless card quit working on me the other day. The weird thing is that the computer says everything is working properly and the wireless card can find networks but it is unable to connect. The wireless router is working because my wifes computer can connect and get on the internet. I have also updated the drivers. Can anyone help? Thanks.

BTW my WiFi card is a Intel 4965AGN

I am having the same problem on my V1s which uses the same wireless card. If i fiddle with it enough I can get it working again but it dies again several hours later. Updating the driver did not help. It is getting harder and harder to get it working after it quits. Same symptoms as yours. The event manager tells me nothing. The connection worked fine until about a week ago and then I started having problems maintaining a connection. My other computer's wireless connection works fine so I know it is not my router or modem. I have had my V1s for a year and 3 months now. Not trying to threadjack but wanted to let you know you are not alone and see if maybe there is a pattern.

I dunno if it helps but I've got an Asus M50SV with a similar but equally strange wireless problem. It will be working fine and i can browse the internet fine and then it will act like its disconnected. Other machines on the same wireless network are unaffected. The best way to fix it was to turn off the wireless on my laptop and turn it back on again. Its annoying since it happens maybe 2-3 times a day.
