Alright, whenever i play a game like Fear or BF2, for awhile, there will be a bar that show up on the top left of the screen, with chinese letters, and it makes the whole game stutter, and i cant move my guy or use the keyboard. Also when i type something, it comes out as question marks in BF, and in FEAR it comes out in chinese text, While playing fear and this happens, i cant even move, the bar will just stay there, and all i hear is BEEP everytime i press a key.
I was just wondering if anyone had ways of fixing this, because its really annoying, and i have to stop playing the game because its so bad. :(
Would it maybe be bloatware or something.
    Any help would be great.
Here is a vid with the problem in BF, usually its way worse

I used to have this problem in CSS as well... But then after sending my unit in for the screen replacement, the problem went away and I can CNTRL-SHIFT all I want now! Although, what I used to do is just press Shift and then Cntrl so that it wouldn't trigger the switch. Also, it might have had something to do with my shutting down the Vista Language bar...

Maybe you should try uninstall the language pack? That way you can be sure it will never happen :)

Control Panel > Regional Settings > languages and keyboard layouts. Remove the Chinese.

Also, make sure the language bar is just off as well... Sometime it just used to auto start by itself when I hadn't turned it off
