Hi I'm trying to uninstall my current driver and install the latest one from asus's website for my nvidia 8600m GT on Windows Vista 32bit but cannot find the old driver to uninstall it. Does anyone know what folder its in or can you help me with this?
    Thank you.

Control Panel > Device Manager > Display Adapters > NVIDIA Geforce 8600m GT > Properties > Driver > Uninstall

But get your new drivers from Laptopvideo2go.com. They tend to be newer than the ones on Asus' website.

I'm having trouble again with my video driver. My mouse starts lagging in desktop and I get a message that my video driver has stopped responding...
    Nothing but trouble with Vista.
When I go to uninstall my nVidia drivers it wont respond either by never starting the uninstall process. Can anyone help with this?
I would really like to go back to XP but I heard it is hard to do with a preinstall vista on my G2 laptop.
