    Yeap, they've been introduced as cheaper alternatives to the G2, and A7 Intel counterparts. And of course, using AMD and ATI combinations. They should be $200-$300 cheaper then their counterparts as well, wghich makes it very interesting. IIRC, they are GDDR3 HD2600's.

    The A7K-A1 is already available in the U.S. Newegg, Mwave, ZipZoomFly, etc., all have it in stock. It sells for around $1250. According to the Asus website, the A7K-A1 has GDDR3, which makes it a great deal, in my opinion. Hard to beat a 17" screen and GDDR3 HD2600 for that price.
