    I've had my Asus G2P now since May and theres a few buttons I haven't quite found a use for. Now most are in the manual and I've just forgotten because I don't use them but theres one part I can't figure out.

    On the front of my laptop (base), theres a little red "sensor-looking" thing sticking out. Its rectangular with a red covering on it.

    Can anyone enlighten me on what this is? Thanks!
