I am really considering this as a desktop replacement as a good gaming machine fast and has the eSata connection. I will buy an external eSata hard drive (maybe Seagate 750pro) to run movies from.

I've looked at Lenova ThinkPad T61 but not sure about their graphic cards for games. But I like the sturdy build over looks.

Any downside to the G2S B2 I should know? Recommendations. I am buying in Canada so I can't upgrade their package.

well, its not the newest notebook anymore thats for sure. It's still good looking. I too like the fact that someone is adding eSATA ports. I don't want to have to use an expansion to get those speeds. If your looking for desktop replacement gaming though check out Sager's NP5793. Reviews can be found all over the place now:

Good place to start for you. Comparing the prices I think you'd get a better deal from the sager. Check out xoticpc/justin(on nbr forums) for getting your sager. I've only heard good things about that company and sagers.

The Sagers were on my list but they are not available in Canada. Do you know how the shipping is to Canada price wise. The 5792 has an 8700 which is better I believe and it can be upgraded.

Interesting one indeed. 3 year xotic warranty but I wonder how they are on coverage?

    Thanks
