    Asus G50V lid hinge caps loose

    I am talking about the chrome/aluminum looking round caps on each side of the hinge - although I guess it might just be painted plastic. They are both loose (not coming off completely), rattling in their place.

    Anyone been able to fix this?

    noone?? Maybe I can fix it while turning off the leds on the lid....

    Yes - that gave me access to the screws to tighten them down. Just follow the instruction to turn the lights on the back of the lid off. Find the link in the sticky post/ owner's lounge post.
