I recently installed windows 7 pro on my Asus G50V. At first everything seemed fine but then I noticed that the cd-drive wasn't being detected, not even in bios. It didnt respond at all when I pushed the button to open it but then I opened it by pushing in a paperclip in that hole which forces it to open. After I opened it it suddenly started to respond to when I pressed the button to open it and after a reboot bios also recognised it and it was working properly again.

Now (2 days later) the same thing happened again, I opened it with a paperclip and it has started responding again. Is this something to be worried about? I mean, something is clearly wrong with it but I dont wanna send it for repairs or anything since it would take forever. Is it a known bug? If so, how do I fix it?
