    Hey all,
I just wanted to let anyone with an Asus G50VT-X1 laptop who was experiencing the infamous keyboard lag know that there might be a fix.

I got my laptop less than two weeks ago and out of the box it seemed to have that annoying lag as well. Yesterday, after reading one the threads here on the issue, I updated a couple of drivers. The ATK_Hotkey Utility driver to version V1.0.0042 and the ASUS ATKOSD2 Utility driver to Beta Version V7.0.0002.

This seems to have really made a difference. I barely experience any lag now. It's so infrequent that when it does happen I'm not even sure if it's not just my bad typing now and then.

I mention both updates but I really think the The ATK_Hotkey Utility driver update was the one that did the trick. I got both from the Asus website. I hope this helps some people.
