I visited the Xotic pc's site, and happen to come across a B1 model of G50vt.

    Difference from A1:

T9550 Montevina CPU @ 2.66Ghz is shipped as default, up from T9400
2x320GB 7200 rpm drives ships as default, replacing 2x250GB in older A1.

The price is now $1,639.00 from Xotic PC

It still has no blu-ray, which I think is reserved for B2 model (up from A2), very likely to come at around $200-$300 premium. Otherwise the system appear to be the same as older A1.
