    Asus G51VX-A1 Battery Type

    I was just wondering if anyone could provide the battery model type used on this model computer. I know it comes with a 6-cell lithium but I would like to upgrade it to the 9 cell lithium I've seen advertised on reseller sites. I'd like to think I can get an aftermarket battery a little cheaper and provide a little longer run time.

    it uses the same battery as the asus m50. just search for asus m50 on ebay and you will find your battery.
