I've had the JX for about 2 months now, and have just kinda ignored these problems (didn't want to deal with them after returning my first JX for another). Now my problem lies with the keys and the built in webcam.

First let's start with the keys. Almost all the keys on the very left side of my keyboard (Tab, CAPS, Shift, CTRL, and FN) are somewhat stuck. Now they all type just fine, but when I press down on let's say the CTRL key, it works just fine, but there is some sort of clicking sound after I take off pressure from the key. I have no clue what this is, and I'm not sure if there is anyway I can check under the keys without breaking them.

Secondly, my built in webcam at the top of the laptop is coming off. Yes, literally. I guess the whole webcam device is stuck in through some glue because the left side of it eventually will start to seperate from the laptop. I press down pretty hard to keep it in its place, but it eventually starts to seperate. If anyone knows what I can do please let me know.

    Thanks!
