    Hi-

I recently reinstalled my OS (Win 7 64) to my Asus G73jh. My recovery disk did not work properly and I was forced to go to support.asus.com for my drivers. After installing the drivers, most parts of the PC seem to work ok, with the following exceptions:

    1. Onboard camera and microphone do not work at all. When I install the driver, it doesnt install properly according to the device manager. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times, and am using the specified driver from the Asus website, but there is still no luck.

    2. Speakers are faint and muffled. The audio from the onboard speakers is barely audible, with the program volume, OS volume and FN F12 volume all up at the maximum. This is no where near the volume that the laptop had prior to the reinstall.

    3. The headphone jack doesnt work at all. Not only does it not play out any sounds, but it doesnt mute the speakers when a headphone set is plugged in.

Im no driver expert. I just sort of went through and downloaded the ones it looked like I needed. Its definitely possible I missed something non obvious (I did install all the audio and webcame drivers though).

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
