Hello, my new laptop from HIDevolution's gpu core clock is stuck at 139mhz. Power management settings are all set to max performance and the laptop is plugged in. Ive tried formatting, reinstalling drivers etc with no luck. Anyone experienced this? I get 2 fps on 3dmark while the core clock doesn't go above 139mhz, monitoring with gpuz.

EDIT* HID is building me a new one right now hopefully be shipped out today and returning mine.
