Hi All im torn between 3 laptops 2 are asus and i know nothing of them
Now i do alot of Video blogging and internet broadcasting (i host a internet radio talk show with music and live video alot) I also do photo and video editing, 3d rendering with maya, poser and carerra, i also play games
WORLD OF WARCRAFT, Everquest1 & Everquest 2 and Vanguard and few other games... I currently run a desktop amd athlon 3500+ with 1 gig ram run those same games fine with shadows off and particle effects at medium
Wow gets me about 15-21 fps when i run it on desktop

Im looking at the DV5-1251nr from staples
    Im lookin at ASUS X83Vm-X2
    X83Vb-X2

or go with macbook for wow and install xp on it to run rest of the pc games

can someone who plays those games test it and tell me how it runs

Now granted processing power is important for those tasks but i will need around 3 to 3.5 hours of battery life when im just internet surfing away from a outlet. or if i take a trip and im a passenger for 3 hours i can play a dvd

someone get back to me on this

Can you post some specs? :p
And I don't know about the HP, but both of the Asus only has a 1.3mp webcam, maybe you should look into the newer (N50/80?) series whiere they pack a 2mp webcam especially if you're vid blogging.
