Greetings guys, I do hope you can help me. My problem is that my laptop doesn't run the normal resolution when I start. It brings the standard resolution, which is 800x600. I don't understand anything, when I troubleshoot, it says that my video card does not support Aero themes on Windows 7. Nevertheless, I have all the updated drivers installed. I have re-installed the software again and again, still gives me the same result. But when I restart the laptop, it goes back to its normal resolution 1366x768

Please, if you have any ideas, do share.

I'm a little confused. I'm assuming that your laptop either has an nvidia g102m or some sort of intel gma. Anyways is your laptop booting into windows with the 800x600 res ONLY when you cold boot (aka turning on the laptop)? So when it does happen and you reboot, the laptop boots fine into the 1366x768 res? Or does the problem happen randomly

I do have nvidia g102m, it happens quite often, therefore I have to reboot every time it starts with 800x600 resolution. Any advice?
