Asus K50c Camera issue

Hello,i bought a laptop Asus K50c about 3-4 weeks ago.3 days ago i tried to webcam chat at msn and the image was upside now .I check all settings at msn and asus virtual camera but nothing.I reformated my laptop.Tried 3 different windows(XP home,vista home prem. and finaly Win 7 professiona).All have the same problem.Ive tried the drivers from cd/dvd witch came with laptop and the new ones from asus support.Today i took my laptop back to the store IT service.The checked it and found absolutle nothing.Its like i should be like that .They told me to find some wanabe IT gurus or live it that.Is there any hope of to get it working?And the most amazing thing was that they didnt want to rma it.Told me that i should checked my laptop before 14 days after buying it for issues.

 

Any body could help plz
