Hello to all....thanks in advance for any help.......laptop is dead.......changed power harness and purchased oem new adapter.......have a friend who verified that the adapter is getting power to the motherboard......suggested that possibly a blown fuse near the board power connector........does anyone have any information that would identify that fuse and where it's located.....my friend will do the work but not being familiar with this laptop, he's left it to me to try and get a diagram, or whatever you call it, so that he can deal with the possibility of bad fuse........otherwise its a case of replace motherboard, and that's not an option for me at this time. Thanks to all of you who can offer some advice or point me in a direction for help. This laptop runs windows 7.
