    I would be grateful if someone who owns this laptop would run a DPC latency check.

    There is no requirement to install anything. If you could post the results here that would be amazing.

    I am trying to figure out whether or not to buy this laptop - I want to use it mainly for recording music in Cubase etc.

    hi,

    I'm using it's bigger brother K73SV (i7 / 8gb / 750gb aswell) and it's my studio laptop - works just fine with usb audio interface. dpc is all green with wifi off and very rarely goes red with wifi on - same story as I was having on my older Acer laptop, so basically - it's totally suitable for some serious audio work :)

    same here, even with the i3 processor, tried it under heavy load too no problem, never passed 500
