And to buy it, it'll cost you your car

I would of liked the 1Gb DDR3 on my 9650GT (GT130) thanks Asus, oh and now they decide that LED Backlit keyboards are cool. (and they are) I wonder if the full HD 16" is RGB Backlit too? Keep the SSD and i'll take the Quadcore too.

It appears Asus are still trying to pretend that 2 tinny craptastic Altec Lansing speakers are enough. -

. Its payed off for so i doubt ill do it
This is really a tempting notebook though im thinking of getting it but that premium is gonna be pretty heavy(it may not be though) also i can tell right off the bat that this will easily be the most heaviest 16" notebook ever especially with whats packing under the hood.
i'm not getting into too many details but there looks like there may be alot of different configs for the lambo. -
That thing sounds like . =P

Would one need to insure that to take it out on the streets? -

Yes, you would
it also must have full coverage

N81: Budget Multimedia $1200-

Something tells me this won't get many miles to the gallon...makes me wonder how bit its gas tank is XD.

Well as a fan of the VX2 series, and after being totally turned off by the VX3, I had hope that the VX5 had found its way again.
Unfortunately, I see weight at 3.3kg (~7.2 lbs) with 6 cell battery. That's too bad - I was hoping 6-6.5 lbs. That would really showcase the VX5 as a marvel of engineering. Now it's just a pretty-looking DTR.

1 TB SSD Quad Core Blu-Ray on a notebook eh?
Bidding starts at $6,000, do I hear $6,500? Going once, going twice.. -

WHAT?! We have world record here!
Really though, the weight shouldnt be much of an issue i mean if you look at the build quality/what this thing is packing it should still be good. -
Very Nice! How much?

-
GT130? That's out for laptops?
-
Really!C'mon does anybody really need that much storage on a laptop, that's a little overkill + they must cost a load of $$$$.
