Buy the g1 instead. if you budget is 1700$ it can be found. f3j has been linked to faulty audio dj by quite a few people here. Some dealers refuse to sell it.
    g1 has core2 duo
    better resolution
    better video
its just better but more expensive
also a8js is a very very good alternative way better then then f3j but only 14"

speakers may not cut off if headphones plugged in. There may be more effects that were known with an unrelated model with the same problem...

    Well there is a f3jp with a t7200 and x1700 for 1599

However I cant imagine buying it over the g1 check out what you get for 200 ( in msrp)

    1 gb ram

    60gb more hd

    1680 x 1050 res screen with 16 ms response time vs 1280 x 800

    working dj buttons
    aluminum chassis parts and apearance.
back pack and mouse ( I think the f3j comes with carrying case and mouse but theyre worse)
    bluetooth...
    a better gpu.

For the same money and almost the same stats the a8js is smaller but it has a higher resolution and brighter screen, and more usb ports, and a more powerful gpu
