I recently bought an M50v. I use it to play WoW among other things. I have a vent server for voice chat while playing WoW. Everything was setup and working fine until I tried doing video chat in MSN messenger with a friend of mine. We couldn't get it working right and now nobody can hear me on the vent server. I can hear them fine. Any ideas? I'm at wits end on this one.
***EDIT***
It's an M50vm-a1 to be exact

Sorryh about that. I still need help.
I can hear everything fine but I can't talk into headset or the mic on the laptop. Is it broken or is there some sort of patch that I"m missing? -
I have no idea what is the problem, but, according to the golden rule of computing, I would remove and reinstall the sound card drivers, and hope for the best.
Also make sure nothing is muted in the sound control panel.
(no prob for the wrong section, it happens, new users get confused sometimes)
Asus M50 sounds issues?
