I just cracked the LCD on my ASUS M50SV-A1. The specs are as follows:

    Screen Size: 15.4"
    Resolution: 1440x900

Where can I get a replacement LCD? Can I replace it with some other manufacturers LCD with same dimensions and resolution. Also can I upgrade the LCD to a better one or maybe an LED display?

Here in India I'm getting only 1280x800 resolution LCD's? Can I replace it with that?

Please give me some advice on this. I've never done this before.

    Thanks for the help
