Silly question, but curious (not incredibly important, but if you could answer it I would appreciate it).

Do you sell to anyone living in the State of California?

If so, do you charge tax according to where you are shipping it to, or do you charge tax at all? Just curious. (I would check the video, but I'm on an iMac from 2005 that isn't mine....)

 

we are based in NY. We do not charge tax outside of NY. Same applies to any other vendor. they do not charge tax outside the state they are based out of. A nexus state is a state where a vendor has a shipping or warehousing facility. We dont have any outside NY but some do. Newegg for example does have a main location in CA and 2 other nexus locations so they charge tax in 3 out of 50 states

I wasn't sure, because it seems most sales places are in California. @_@ (I can't buy it quite yet, but within a month I should have enough.)

Yeah, I have been doing my research on what kinds of companies do charge tax upon ordering, and I did notice that Newegg had, so that's why I had not considered it an option for me.

 

I had a question, relating this laptop and mostly your shipping. I want to buy one of these laptops but need it in my hands by the latest on Tuesday (by Monday it'd be awesome, but unlikely, i'm sure). today is saturday, you want this on monday? i wish i had a teleporter. Man can you imagine if such a device was around? UPS and Fedex would close down and the economy would crumble.

I am not sure but assuming that it will be shipped on Monday, the "next day air" may deliver on Tuesday...

 

I wouldn't know, I first got told to shut it on the sales questions, regardless of the fact that someone else had posted a sales-related question and was told nothing. Then the reseller tries to be funny when a simple "PM me" or "If you bought it on Monday"or anything outside of a stupid reply had been posted.

If only people had common sense.

 

I have couple small questions... I live in NJ, 07866 zip code, how much would the shipping charges be? Also what type of battery do you include in the package? I was hoping to buy with the 9 cell battery. Also most places are selling it with a traveling bag and mouse are those included?

Why don't you both just go visit the company's website. There, you can configure the machine you want and get a quote for shipping. It's not that difficult.
