This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Ok so I've been comparing my currently working XP install with the preinstalled Vista Home Premium SP1 install that I have on my Asus M70VM and I'm wondering what Intel Turbo Memory Technology does and if I can have it on XP?

    Also does anyone know of any other "extra" bits and pieces that Vista has that are specific to the Asus M70VM that I could have on XP, like the Dolby Control Center for example?
