Asus M70VM-C1 experience

For what its worth I am very disappointed with my Asus M70Vm-C1 it freezes up on me most times I watch a video. This is supposed to be a multimedia computer and I can't even watch
a movie. I just had to reboot my asus 6 times to make it through a blueray rip tonight (achnored out in a bay on my boat) - this is pretty typical of any video i watch on this laptop -
it I am not watching video everthing is ok.

Also the Asus monkeys repaired my pc some time back and when it came back it no longer had bluetooth capabilities...they switched out something - while I don't use bluetooth that
often discovered
it sometime after it was returned. At first I thought it was me as I was unable find the bluetooth when i finally reported to Asus didn't want to fix the situation as over 3 months had passed and
wanted me to pay for their mistake.

I don't think I will give Asus another chance - at present I also refuse to buy HP because they had a recall on my previous laptop and when I missed the date they refused to fix it. Missed
date by a few days
plus it was their design problem. The reason they would not fix it after the date was due to legal issues due to a class action suite against them due to the design error. I thought I ask the
manufacturer HP to fix and not particiapet in class action suite which helped me miss the date.

 

About 6 years late, but better late then never.
