Has anyone actually heard back after emailing their information to Asus? I've written twice, and still haven't received anything from them. How can I make sure I'm registered for the 3rd year?

Call up their 800 number.... sometimes it'll take a while as the person you're responsible for those particular emails basically waits to get a stack of them and then handles them every couple weeks I think.

what i did was email them by getting their email from their website via the page which is for their N.A. promo xtended warr. prog.

i said here i am, what do you need from me because your page doesn't say what to email you with.

about 1 day they said they need a softcopy of my invoice... so i got that over to them. nothing since then, which was two? days ago...

but register yourself as a VIP on their site in tandem....

two days ago? oh my.... well today is saturday so it was actually one business day.... if you don't hear from them by next Friday, you can email me and I'll tell them to contact you... You have to give them time, registering warranties isn't at the top of their list.
