I think the Asus N10 is a fabulous netbook with powerful graphics. Unfortunately without a faster processor the discrete graphics cannot perform to its potential.

Is there any news on a Asus N10 successor? :)

The question is how long do we have to wait? I thought the new Atom Z processor would be out by now.

The Z500 series Atoms have been out for a while now but are designated to be used in MIDs like the Sony Viao P or slim UMPCs like the Dell Mini 12....although once Intel puts out it's CULV processor to compete with the AMD Neo we'll hopefully stop seeing any form of Atoms in notebooks with a screen larger than 10".

There likely won't be a refresh on the N10 until either the Atom N280 or an Nvidia Ion netbook comes out.

Imagine the N10 with dual core and Nvidia Ion. I am also waiting to hear about an upgrade to this Netbook. I really cannot justify a purchase knowing that it has such a poor processor.

    It's called the MacBook Air.

Netbooks aren't getting dual-core Atoms for a couple of years still...maybe after quad-cores are the standard notebook processor.

Dual-core Atoms are regulated to cheap low-cost + low-spec desktops a.k.a nettops and there are rumors that Apple's nettop the Mac Mini will be using the Nvidia Ion platform.

i think AMD neo is ultimately gonna be the way to go if you want a good CPU + GPU

what i want to know is if there will ever be a ATI 4300/4500 series GPU with the Neo processor. Its right around the corner and i can see it happening.
