This is kind of annoying but I get some screen flickers, screen sometimes turns black and at the bottom right says video drivers crashed, screen moves up and won't stop unless i move the screen myself. The last one happens only when I am moving the screen. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. Any help appreciated. If I remember correctly when I first bought this laptop, none of these problems happened when I was in Vista.

What do you mean by moving the screen, tilting it back or forward physically? If that's what you mean it could be a bad display cable connection.

Well yea I have to touch the screen and move it to stop the screen flickering. Well I read on some forums that it is the drivers for my 9650m GT card. Although I have no idea how to edit my powermizer that they say to do to fix the problem.

Drivers wouldn't really cause a physical problem where you'd need to move the screen. The only thing happening when you move the screen is flexing the display cable.
