It is Asus N53sv with 4 USB ports, one is 3.0 and with windows 7 64-bit installed, and transcend external usb 3.0 hdd 1,5tb.
Everything worked perfectly until ten days ago. Then USB 3.0 started to work incoretlly. HDD working two or three hours and then stops responding to commands. I can see HDD in my computer but most of the files can not open. When I remove the HDD from the USB port it still exists in my computer. When I go to device manager and do disable / enable USB 3.0 port sometimes starts to work. Sometimes not.
Then I must restart windows and then it works for about 2-3 hour and then all repeat.
It is fresco usb 3.0 with this driver N53SV - Notebooks & Ultrabooks - ASUS
When I put an external HDD into USB 2.0 port it works without problems.
My question is whether someone encountered a similar problem. Is it possible to be a hardware issue?

Another thing, the laptop has a fresh install windows 7 64-bit
