Asus N550JK laptop sent back three times only after two months

I bought a brand-new in the box Asus laptop computer from B&H photo. Only after having it for 5 days the computer started having problems the screen was blacking out and flickering. So I called B&H photo and asked if I could send it back for a replacement I was told they do not take back computers after they had been opened out of the manufacturing and packaging and I needed to call Asus because it was a warranty issue. So I called Asus and was issued an RMA number to send it back. After 10 days I receive the computer back the computer worked for four days then the computers screen started flickering and would go black and would not come back on you had to do a hard shutdown and bring it back up it would work momentarily and then do the same thing again. So I call Asus back they issued a RMA number and send it back to them. After approximately 10 days I receive the computer back I opened it up and started it up 45 seconds after the start up the screen did the same thing again and shut down. So I called B&H photo again and received the same comment they do not take back computers and I would have to send it to Asus again. So I called Asus back issued an number, I send it back now I am being told that I am going to receive a remanufactured or reconditioned computer now. I pay $1200 for this new computer and only after approximately two months of having problems with it I am now going to be receiving a used computer. If I would have wanted a remanufactured computer I would have bought one and save myself a considerable amount of money. If anyone is thinking of using either one of these companies for anything please reconsider these companies are no different than the common Thief they take your money give you substandard equipment and when you get mad at them they act like it's your fault.
