    Hello guys!

I need some of your advice and help.

I have an Asus N56V for more than a year now and about 3 months ago I started to have heating problems. The fan started to work all the time even if I don't play any games and I just have browser Chrome opened. Before it used to be very quiet even if I played Counter-Strike 1.6.

2 months ago I have opened my laptop to clean it and change the thermo paste. It was working fine for a 1.5 month, been quiet again, fan wasn't that loud and the left side of the laptop wasn't even warm.

Right now the fan is working all the time, left side of laptop becomes warm and even hot when I play Counter-Strike 1.6 (game that requires minimum specs). The CPU temperature when it's normal about 58-64. If I play a game, it might grow up to 80-85. (It used to be 85 when I played Diablo 3 on high definition, but these days....)

I did check for viruses, nothing appeared.

    My specifications:
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz
    8.00 GB DDR3 RAM
    NVIDIA GEFORCE* GT 650M 2GB

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (when i just bought it - it was Windows 8, but I hate it)

I appreciate everyone's contribution and help.

Since you mentioned that you had done cleaning and even repasting.
The other changes to your system might be the increasing amount of software in your operating system which can drive usage higher than before when the OS was still fresh and clean.
Look up the startup items and see if you can reduce the amount of software being loaded into your system to reduce CPU usage and as a result a cooler system.

All that have been done. I've reduced everything to the minimum and the temperature is higher that normal anyway.
