The problem appears only when the AC power is connected. When I gently touch the aluminum parts of the laptop, I feel a tiny electricity vibration.
    Is that normal or Not??

Thats definitely not normal. I had the same thing happen with a previous notebook where I would feel a slight shock sometimes. About 2 weeks after that started my video card fried out. To avoid that you should consider getting it check out or sent in for warranty if you still have one.

While it's not normal, it was relatively common in some Asus models. There being a precedent, you should get in touch with Asus so they may get it taken care of for you.

It's also a health and safety risk, I'd RMA as soon as possible.

I would check power outlet grounding.
If is not properly grounded and you touch a grounded surface the electricity will flow through you.
If you have proper grounding the electricity will flow through the path with less resistance (ground wire).
Also note that improper grounding could lead to building of static electricity that could fry parts of your laptop.

    P.S.
I have a N76VZ and a N750JV that have exactly the same behavior only when at my parents in law, at home they are ok.

This is true, keep an eye on your home wiring as improper grounding is a serious issue.

Do you mean you feel a single electrical shock or a continuous electric current?

My Asus gives a continuous electric current. This electricity disappears when charging with an AC socket having an earthing pin with it. The Asus warranty service also says it's normal and you have to use an earthing AC sockets, which doesn't really convince me. As we don't use earthing everywhere, I have to support this "defect"!! Does anyone have an idea about this??

this is not a defect at all, you can check this with your desktop computer or an other aluminium body laptop with no grounding, so you must use grounded wire or you will feel this electricity, i had same thing on my previous sony vaio S15, and have same with the N56 and N550 série, so it is up to you to use or not a grounded wiring, i have never had any problem using my computer like that without grounding, just feeling electricity but it doesn't bother me that much.

Yes my friends, but at the first time, feeling the electricity doesn't really bother me, but my real fear was if that can affect other hardware components :)
So the conclusion is that this is normal, this is not a defect, like you say and also according to warranty service.
Thank you for the reply guys.
