Hello. I need some help. I messed up by deleting the boot options in UEFI.(i thought i could restore them) Now i cant boot in secure mode at all. Just reboots to the bios because there are no boot devices available. If i turn secure boot off and enable CSM i get the old school bios boot devices.and can boot.. but as soon as i enable secure boot they all disappear. Default used to be windows boot manager, even that is gone. Anyone know how to add these back? They sure did delete real easily without any warnings so i would hope they could be easily reentered. Of course i've tried restoring to default but that doesn't work. This is a fresh install of Win 8 on a new hard drive so i need secureboot so win 8 can use the embedded serial in the bios. Right now win 8 see this as legacy and will not activate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So after you deleted your boot options, the option to "add" a boot option was removed also...?

Sounds like OP only tried a soft reset ("optimal defaults"):
