i know that the chipset (intel HM76 ) probably support the DDR3L but i'm not sure

It should be standard DDR3 SODIMM modules, not DDR3L, on the HM76 chipset. Low voltage memory came into fashion more with the HM86 chipset and Haswell.

It looks like DDR3L is compatible. I knew that 1.5v worked on the HM86 chipset, but with the low power states of Haswell, 1.35v became more widely implemented. I didn't know the reverse was true for the last gen.
Good find.You should be able to use that memory then.

It's down to the manufacturer if they implemented 1.35V support or not, but all the 1.35V modules I know of take 1.5V just fine.
