Hey guys im experiencing this problem for 2 days or so.
    I have Asus N61ja laptop.
When i turn on the pc it randomly freezes for 2-3 seconds, mouse can be moved meanwhile but after 2-3 seconds mouse and sound also freezes.Sound is like stucking or idk how you call it but what i can say is pc is not letting me do anything except turning it off by holding power button. When it freezes after freezing of the mouse screen turns gray and again after few seconds screen shuts down, pc keeps working while screen is not i checked the hdd light its on but not flashing.I tried many ways to fix this.First of all i thought it was a graphic driver issue because i installed a new windows 7 ultimate and my ati hd 5730 driver is kinda hard and crap to find and even install it.Whatever i tried few drivers i still had the problem. After that i installed my old graphic card driver which i had when i got the computer but i was still having the same problem. And then i thought maybe it was a bug of the windows i installed, after that i planned to use recovery.I recovered my oldest windows with all drivers and , it seemed like working fine.I installed my game Heroes Of Newerth asap but after 2nd minute pc froze again and i figured there is nothing i can do to solve this anymore so i wrote this.
My laptop is 6 months old or so, im gonna send my laptop to repair if i can't fix this with help of you guys so im counting on you, thanks!

It sounds like it could either be a software or hardware issue. I'd recommend starting your laptop in safe mode and look at your reliability monitor (search "reliability" from the windows orb).

I just did as you said, started in safe mode and opened reliability but its completely empty.I will also keep it on in safe mode and see if it freezes.

What do you mean "completely empty"? Do you mind doing a print screen and posting the image here? You may need to restart your laptop in safe mode w/ networking mode.

Looks like your reliability monitor is disabled for some reason. Try enable it and restart your computer normally (not in safe mode). When you experience the crash, restart your laptop in safe mode and check the reliability monitor to see what could possibly be causing the crash.

To enable the reliability monitor, open Computer Management->Task Schedule->Task Scheduler Library->Microsoft->Windows->RAC. In the RacTask, right click on it and select enable.

If your laptop crashes in safe mode, I'm inclined to think it's a hardware issue. See if you can get the reliability monitor to work first. Then I would try check and see if it's your ram that's causing the instability with memtest86+.

Okay i found it but i think its already enabled i clicked run and its running at the moment, now i will wait for the next crash and see what happens.
I already am thinking that it is a hardware issue because i installed new windows and gone back to my default windows (with recovery) and still having the problem but let me see.

And i just opened reliability and now i see stuff on the board but they are all info that says driver installation success.

Ok, so the next step I'd recommend is to test your ram. If nothing is wrong with the ram, I would then check your hard drive for with HD Tune to see if there are any errors.

You don't have to make a CD. You can boot off a USB stick too. Would this be an option for you?

OK. Apparently your rams are clean.

Try scanning your HDD to see if it has any bad sectors. If there is any corrupted data on your disk that may cause random crashes and re-starts too.

    Kolay gelsin. :)

Ok i also ran HD Tune for error scan and there were no errors, so whats next? :p
And also i also started thinking that my problem may be because of overheating, here is the status.
I have msn, explorer and world of warcraft on.I stopped my char at the most crowded place to see the heat and settings are set to ultra.

It does look like your system is running on the warm side during load. My next advice is to clean the vents and heatsink assembly to remove any debris that may be affecting your heatsink.

I think i need to remove the bottom cover to do that but as i know sometimes they put some paper or that kind of thing under the cover so when its teared my pc loses its warranty doesn't it?

The yellow warranty sticker should be over a screw securing the heatsink to either the CPU or GPU. You'll need to remove the top chassis before you reach the heatsink.

Well then i think best option is send it to repair and get it cleaned there, because even if i remove the cover i will have to clean the heatsinks and i have never cleaned a laptop fan and heatsink so i think i just better get seperated from my laptop for couple of days :p.
