 I am expecting my machine next week and want to know how much "bloatware" can I expect on it.
What are your favorites for getting rid of this stuff?

Search the forum for Asus Bloatware guide, this will give you the full list. Me personally just de-installed through win7, haven't noticed any negative effects, but some people prefer a clean install.

The guide recommends asus fastboot but if you optimize your OS including services well fastboot basically becomes obsolete imo. Had some instability issues with it.

Also congrats with your buy, it's a very nice machine. Don't update to the 209 bios just yet!
