Anyone have any feedback on this model? It's very similar to the N71Vn-A1 and N61Vn-A1. The main difference is that it has a P8700 instead of the Q9000 Quad.

    N71Vn-X1

    - 17.3” 1600x900
    - Intel P8700 Core 2 Duo 2.53Ghz
    - NVIDIA GeForce GT 240M
    - 4GB DDR3 1066MHz
    - 320GB 7200RPM
    - Blu-Ray / DVD±RW

How is the picture quality and viewing angle?

the g series usually garnishes the most attention here on nrf, but the n series was my next choice after the g series. You're doing the right thing to ask about the screen, cause asus' quality on screens varies a bit. my old g1 has what i think is a great screen, while im a little bummed on my new g71gx's screen.
