    Asus N73S FN and Media keys don't work

    Since today i have had this strange problem with my laptop. Windows Explorer not working , Asus Programs saying that im not on ASUS Laptop and the most annoying problem My Media nad fn Keys are not working at all. I want to turn off my touchpad and use the media keys but i cannot . The fn and Media keys dont respond to me.



    Any suggestions how to fix this ? And the "Not asus laptop" problem.

    Creppymoto to fix the FN keys and not ASUS issue you need to repair or reinstall ATK driver. (If ATK is not installed properly that causes the not ASUS issue - thanks to BrodyBoy!!

    Go to this site, put in model number in search box ....select SM or SV variant, select your OS- download ATK.
    AFA the Explorer issue, computer management - event viewer - windows logs - application and post back any issues you find there.

    JOSEA is right about the ATK package, the Asus support site is currently giving me the middle finger so i can't link the page directly, but you can grab the latest version of ATK with: select model manually -> notebook -> drivers -> ATK Package.

    Yep , Thanks ! Got it.

    Altho i downloaded N73SV one but it worked fine. Everything is back to normal. And explorer crash was related to it also because it magically dissapeared.
