    Hi,

My Asus N75F only gets a wireless signal when I am sitting RIGHT next to the router. I've tried it at a few different places, my house, my friend's house, school, and I can't get a wireless signal unless I'm literally sitting next to it. On the other hand, I'm able to get a perfectly fine signal using a laptop from 2005 anywhere in my house.

The wireless device in the laptop is an Atheros 9002wb-1ng. I've installed the newest drivers but it hasn't changed anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

    All help will be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Voltaire
