Hey, I was wondering if Xoticpc usually has any holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas) deals on Asus notebooks, just to see whether I should wait before I buy my G1s.

    Thanks,
    Nonemus

everyone euses laptops on batteries for the most part. If it doesnt work on battery it either has a bad battery or a problem with the ram which is a known issue

Maybe he meant that it doesn't give him enough time while running on battery.

Change the ram, eBay the old....mine works on battery no probs (except wireless which I'm trying to find a setting when I get more time, and yes I have gone to device manager and told it not to turn off to save power)
